Job Description

Coordinate Field walk-down with WPW/ draftsman of TA work scope to confirm/define scope.
Long Lead Material identification and MTO submittal
Bulk materials identification and MTO submittal
MTO review/validation/issue
MTO consolidation and reconciliation (Owner of MTO Consolidated List)
Manage all RFQs/POs for TA required materials, approves quotations and addresses vendor queries.
Liaises with FEC and contractors for fabrication of required spools, arranges all materials, addresses all queries and RFIs related to fabrication and works with TA Planner on tracking.
Addresses contracts for vendor SME where required (Contracting Plan)
Second Level Work Pack review/approval
Review and approve IFA drawings.
Engineering support for TA Core Teams and WP Writers
Ensure QA and/or 3rd Party QA is involved with Major Fixed Equipment purchases.
Ensure compliance with CABGOC and Chevron Engineering Standards
Ensure compliance with CABGOC and Corporate Safe Work Practices
Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.
Initiates MOCs of TA responsibility and follows MOC approval process.
Develops, facilitates approvals for and tracks all Golden Weld requests.
Review and approve of PR/POs in eProcurement/Ariba
Review and incorporate reviewer/approver comments into WPs
Provide responses to Technical Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
5+ Years of experience in the Turn Around Projects
