Job Description

As an E&I Specialist at ISS International, you will play a crucial role in the upcoming 2026 planned Turnaround in the Offshore O&M TAR 2026 Project. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing technical tasks outlined in the authorized TAR Scope of Work, such as design, verification, layout definition, preparation of installation drawings, and specification of materials. - Ensuring that validation, testing, and engineering of process measurement instruments, control actuators, installation components, and safety systems are carried out in accordance with Company standards and requirements. - Interfacing and coordinating with the Company E&I technicians to facilitate smooth operations. - Coordinating E&I technical activities conducted internally or outsourced to subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Turnaround specifications and timelines. - Assisting the TAR Coordinator and TAR Manager in defining man-hours and cost estimates. - Preparing technical documentation for E&I elements material and services requisitions. - Conducting technical bid evaluations as per internal procedures and providing clear and justified recommendations. - Assigning work tasks to subcontractors for the execution of maintenance activities. - Ensuring that the Subcontractor is provided with appropriate PPE based on the safety work site conditions. - Reporting near-miss events and incidents to the Company HSE representative, TAR Site Coordinator, TAR HSE Specialist, TAR Coordinator, and TAR Manager. - Issuing Permits to Work and ensuring their proper understanding and usage. - Preparing Risk Assessment (RA) if required in collaboration with the TAR HSE Specialist and TAR Team. - Offering technical support to the TAR Team. - Preparing Electrical and Instrumentation Material requests. Additionally, the initial activities will be conducted remotely for 9 months, followed by relocation to Abidjan (Ivory Coast) for on-site work for 3 months. There is no fixed rotation for both onshore and offshore assignments, as schedules will be determined based on Project needs. Starting date: October 2025 Working schedule: - Remote: 8 hours a day / 5 days a week - Onshore (Abidjan, Ivory Coast): 10 hours a day / 6 days a week - Offshore (Abidjan, Ivory Coast): 12 hours a day / 7 days a week Duration: 12 months (9 months remote + 3 months onshore and offshore in Abidjan, Ivory Coast),
