Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Turbine Field Operator located in Jharsuguda. The Turbine Field Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining turbine systems, monitoring system performance, performing routine inspections, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues, conducting repairs, and working closely with the maintenance and engineering teams to optimize turbine performance.

Qualifications

• Operational skills: Experience in operating and maintaining turbine systems
• Technical skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform routine inspections, and conduct repairs
• Safety and compliance: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in turbine operations
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance and engineering teams
• Technical education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Prior experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial sector is beneficial
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
