Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our Tax Technology practice in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and information technology. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist project teams in estimating architecture design effort and developing/ reviewing/ approving architecture designs. Serve as a subject matter expert to program/project teams in the plan, design, and delivery of technical solutions. Lead the solution design and development of tax tools and technology solutions. Communicate effectively with senior IT leaders on program strategies and plans, negotiating quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Develop and maintain technical documentation for tax technology projects. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, or MCA. 5-12 years of overall experience in Sap Global Trade Services (GTS). Experience in SAP GTS Customs management, including export and import processes, inward process, transit/presentation, bonded warehouse, electronic filing, and product classification. Hands-on experience with configuration settings in feeder systems like ECC/S4, including document types and master data. Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to design feasible technical solutions that address current needs without impacting future upgrades. Experience with technology tools such as SAP GTS Compliance Management, Sanction party list screening, Embargo, Product Classification, and Legal control (Export, Import).
