TTS Ops Command Center app support analyst

As an App Support Senior Analyst within Services - Client & Services Assurance group in the BCC - Orion stream, your role is crucial in investigating alerts, determining root causes, and communicating with stakeholders regarding system and business service availability. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting deep dives into application flows to identify root causes of alerts - Coordinating, communicating, and escalating major incidents impacting TTS Services flow to client-facing teams - Identifying and eliminating operational toils from day-to-day support workload - Leading service efficiency and stability improvement project initiatives - Acting as a liaison between Business and Technology teams for rapid incident escalation and providing a business perspective on remediation options To qualify for this role, you should have: - A technology academic degree with 4-6 years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in common database skills such as SQL queries (Oracle, Mongo DB, Sybase) - Familiarity with popular application monitoring tools like Grafana, ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics - Basic knowledge of webserver technologies (WebLogic or WebSphere) and middleware technologies like MQ, Kafka - Experience working with ITIL tools like ServiceNow, along with ITIL Foundation Certification - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Effective verbal and written communication abilities - Basic understanding of Observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Open Telemetry Principles This full-time position in the Technology job family group, specifically within the Applications Support job family, offers opportunities for growth and development.
