TTR Operations Engineering Lead

As a Tech Lead/Engineering Lead in the financial services sector, you will be responsible for leading large engineering teams with a focus on architecture, design, DevOps, and automation to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your experience in working on large-scale systems with short SLA or high transactions per second will be crucial in managing and delivering systems that require high performance and quick turnaround times. Desirable Skills: - Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and AI applications - Proficiency in Gridgain, Kafka, and Hadoop for managing and processing large-scale data efficiently - Understanding of Barclays Front to Back systems for seamless integration and collaboration In this role, your main purpose will be to lead and manage engineering teams by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and align technical decisions with business objectives. Your key accountabilities will include leading engineering teams effectively, overseeing timelines, risk management, and task prioritization, mentoring team members, evaluating and enhancing engineering processes, collaborating with stakeholders, enforcing technology standards, and ensuring high-quality solutions delivery.
