Job Summary:

OpenText Content Server Workflow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Design & Development:
Configure workflows, business rules, and automated document routing to align with business needs.
Develop complex workflows using
OpenText Content Server Workflow Designer
, including user notifications, escalations, and decision points.
Document Management:
Design workflows for
engineering drawings (PDF and CAD)
, including editing for approval workflows using annotations, markups, stamps, and eSignatures.
Ensure compliance with document management standards and best practices.
Technical Support:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for workflow-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance document workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in
OpenText Workflow Design, Development, and Support
.
Strong expertise in
document management systems (DMS)
and enterprise workflow automation.
Proficiency in
PDF and CAD document handling
, annotations, markups, and eSignatures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
