Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review existing QNXT configurations, benefits, provider setup, claims rules, and integrations.
  • Identify issues and recommend/implement configuration and workflow enhancements.
  • Improve

    QNXT Workflow

    to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
  • Update benefit setup, DOFR, accumulators, and authorization logic.
  • Provide hands-on QNXT training to internal teams.
  • Support testing, validation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of QNXT hands-on configuration and workflow experience.
  • Strong understanding of claims, benefits, accumulators, authorizations, and provider data.
  • Experience with QNXT Workflow and Open Access integrations.
