Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Review existing QNXT configurations, benefits, provider setup, claims rules, and integrations.
Identify issues and recommend/implement configuration and workflow enhancements.
Improve
QNXT Workflow
to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
Update benefit setup, DOFR, accumulators, and authorization logic.
Provide hands-on QNXT training to internal teams.
Support testing, validation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

4+ years of QNXT hands-on configuration and workflow experience.
Strong understanding of claims, benefits, accumulators, authorizations, and provider data.
Experience with QNXT Workflow and Open Access integrations.
