Job Function: Collaborate with the Global Accounts Receivable (AR) team to support AR processes and collection. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting is mandatory. - 4+ years of experience in the accounting field within an MNC environment is preferred. - Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and collections is advantageous. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for stakeholder interaction. - Proficient in MS Excel. - Strong attention to detail. - Adaptable and quick to learn new processes. - Flexible to work in shifts (currently 8 am to 5 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm India time). - Demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.,
