Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore Compensation: Competitive + Incentives Joining Date: Immediate / Within 30 days Work Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm Role: Visa Specialist Who Were Looking For: This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals . While prior experience with visa centers and embassies is a plus, were equally excited about individuals who bring curiosity, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to the table. We&aposre looking for someone who: Is meticulously detail-oriented , especially when it comes to document handling and submission processes. Is eager to learn and keeps themselves updated with international travel regulations and country-specific visa policies. Is a strong communicator , confident in explaining complex requirements to travelers and in coordinating with external and internal stakeholders. Has a structured approach to follow-ups , ensuring timely reminders to customers about missing documents, submission appointments, and next steps. Collaborates efficiently with cross-functional teams for any updates or changes in customers travel or visa plans. Is a natural researcher who doesnt stop until theyve found accurate, updated information. Takes ownership and pride in ensuring every application is handled with care and professionalism. Your Responsibilities: Visa Application Management: Oversee and perfect the entire visa application process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Detailed Documentation Handling: Carefully manage all required documentation, reviewing every submission with a detailed eye and ensuring nothing is missed. Customer Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with travelers to collect documents, provide timely updates, and track submission timelines. Embassy and Visa Center Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for embassies and visa centers, ensuring smooth processing and communication. Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (travel, ops, customer support) to stay aligned on visa statuses and ensure smooth handoffs. Traveler Consultation: Provide travelers with detailed guidance and personalized support throughout their visa application process. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about and communicate any changes in visa policies or requirements. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the visa application process with speed and professionalism.
