Travel Sales (International Packages)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Long-Haul and Short-Haul Destination Expert to join our travel planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international and regional destination management, with a passion for crafting personalised itineraries and providing in-depth travel consultations. You will be responsible for curating unforgettable travel experiences across both long-haul and short-haul destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customised travel itineraries for both long-haul and short-haul destinations.
• Provide expert destination knowledge, including best travel seasons, local insights, visa requirements, and health/safety advisories.
• Build strong relationships with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, hotels, and local service providers.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, geopolitical situations, and transportation networks across target regions.
• Handle end-to-end trip planning including booking, documentation, customer support, and post-trip feedback.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to provide destination content and promotional support.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate destination advice.
• Monitor travel industry developments and suggest new destinations or packages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in travel consultancy, operations, or destination management.
• Extensive knowledge of both short-haul (e.g., South Asia, Europe) and long-haul destinations (e.g., North America, Africa, Australia, etc.).
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and service providers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, CRMs, and itinerary creation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Prior experience with tailor-made travel or luxury travel planning.
• Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
