Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
  • Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, pilgrimages, and customized itineraries.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing detailed travel information and destination knowledge.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effective pitching and negotiation.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and confirmed bookings in CRM.
  • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Skills Required

  • Graduate in Tourism, Business, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel sales or customer handling.
  • Fluency with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good command over English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet sales targets, and multitask effectively.
