Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our India team and drive sales for outbound travel. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of international destinations and a proven track record in converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for international travel packages through online and offline channels
• Design customized travel itineraries and quotations for destinations such as Southeast Asia, Middle East, and more.
• Handle client queries efficiently via calls, emails, and meetings
• Maintain strong product knowledge about trending international destinations and travel regulations
• Negotiate with DMCs and service providers to ensure best prices and experiences
• Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, visas, and activities
• Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound travel sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of global destinations, travel trends, and DMC networks
• Ability to handle multiple clients and customized itinerary planning
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field
• Experience working with premium clientele and FIT/group packages
