Travel Sales Consultant- (night shift)

As a Travel Sales Consultant for the Canada travel sales process at the K&B Tower in Mohali, Punjab, your role involves handling inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and canceling reservations using Amadeus GDS. Providing customized flight options and holiday solutions to Canadian customers, along with upselling and adding on travel services when applicable, are key aspects of your job. During the night shift, it is essential to maintain high-quality customer service and effectively resolve ticketing issues, fare discrepancies, and schedule changes.
