Travel Sales Consultants

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries related to

  flights, car rentals, and cruises

  via phone, email, and chat
• Understand customer travel needs and offer appropriate flight routes, vehicle options, and cruise packages
  
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
  
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, travel policies, luggage, car rental terms, and cruise itineraries
  
• Utilize GDS platforms and internal CRM tools for bookings and customer management
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, airline rules, rental car partner policies, and cruise line promotions
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the

  US travel market

  including airlines, car rental suppliers, and cruise lines
• Prior experience in travel sales (Flights, Cars, or Cruises preferred)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Sales-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  
• Comfortable working in

  night shifts (US hours)
