Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle calls from US customers for booking, changes, and cancellations Offer flight deals and convert leads into successful bookings Build rapport with clients and provide travel recommendations Maintain accuracy and quality in communication Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory 3–6 months of international voice process experience preferred Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply Willingness to work night shifts (US hours) Sales-focused attitude and a willingness to learn Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus, not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person
