Bachelors or Master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
Proficiency in using
CRM systems

Hubspot.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in
sales

process

or customer service roles in US Market
preferably with
Travel Brands
.
Familiarity with
GDS platforms
(Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
Good understanding of
airline process

& policies
and international travel documentation.
Ability to think creatively and deliver
solution-oriented
outcomes.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
