  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using

    CRM systems

    Hubspot.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in

    sales

    process

    or customer service roles in US Market

    preferably with

    Travel Brands

    .
  • Familiarity with

    GDS platforms

    (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of

    airline process

    & policies

    and international travel documentation.
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver

    solution-oriented

    outcomes.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
