Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via calls, to sell travel packages and holiday deals. Provide expert advice on international travel options, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour bookings. Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) to process travel requests efficiently. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. Meet sales targets set by the company while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in Travel Sales or related field. Strong knowledge of airline schedules, routes, fares, and policies. Proficiency in using Amadeus/Galileo GDS system for booking purposes. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
