Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Package Manager based in Rajkot. The Travel Package Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customized travel packages, coordinating with suppliers and agents, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include itinerary planning, preparing competitive pricing, managing client and agent relationships, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring and improving the quality of services and exploring new travel destinations for customized packages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in travel package management, itinerary planning, and pricing strategies
• Strong skills in communication, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, particularly within regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania
• Experience in coordinating travel-related services, event planning, and handling group or corporate tours
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in travel booking tools and standard office software
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
• Previous experience in the travel industry and familiarity with inbound and outbound travel processes is advantageous
