Travel Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for confirmed travel packages. The ideal candidate will handle hotel bookings, flight tickets, visas, tours, and sightseeing arrangements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and confirm all travel-related services including hotels, flights, transfers, tours, and visas
• Work with suppliers and booking platforms to secure the best deals
• Ensure smooth delivery of travel services as per the confirmed itinerary
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams for seamless execution
• Stay updated on destination knowledge, especially for Asian and Far East countries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel operations
• Familiarity with major B2B travel booking portals
• Strong knowledge of Asian and Far East travel destinations
• Good organizational and communication skills

Location: Netaji Subash Place
Salary: Based on experience
