Travel Operation

Experience:

• Must Have Travel Operation Experience Minimum : 1 year
• Manage end-to-end bookings: itinerary design, costing, confirmations, vouchers.
• Coordinate with on-ground DMC teams in Domectic & International for smooth execution.
• Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transport, tours) for rates, availability, and special requests.
• Ensure documentation accuracy: For Booking, Flight, Hotel, Visas, insurance, and etc.
• Monitor service delivery, handle on-trip issues, and resolve escalations promptly.
• Work with finance on payments, credit control, and reconciliations.
• Maintain CRM and operational trackers; meet TAT and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years in travel operations preferred
• Strong destination knowledge of hotels, activities, seasons, regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel, CRM, and basic revenue/margin analysis.
• Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills.
• Good listener and quick problem-solving.
• Should Have Diverse Knowledge Of Domestic & International Destinations.
• Should Be Working On Similar Profile

Salary :

• 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
