Job Description:
We are looking for a Travel Operations Specialist who will manage and support clients throughout their travel journey. The ideal candidate will ensure every aspect of the trip — from planning to completion — runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients from booking to trip completion.
• Handle travel itineraries, confirmations, and necessary documentation.
• Communicate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and vendors for seamless arrangements.
• Resolve any travel-related issues or changes promptly and professionally.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in travel operations, tour coordination, or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms (if applicable).
