Role Overview: As a Tour and Paperwork Coordinator at our factory in Kagzipura, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to manage factory guests, coordinate tours, handle travel arrangements, and maintain all necessary documentation. Your role demands effective communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English to ensure seamless interactions with visitors and internal team members. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and coordinate factory tours, providing clear explanations of operations, workflow, and safety protocols. - Manage all paperwork and documentation related to the factory, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Oversee guest handling, including travel arrangements and hospitality, to create a positive experience. - Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth visits and inspections. - Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and English to engage with guests and team members. Qualifications Required: - Prefer candidates from Kagzipura or surrounding areas for local familiarity. - Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in documentation handling or visitor coordination is advantageous. - Knowledge of factory environments and travel-related tasks is beneficial.
