Job Role—Travel Executive: We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Travel Executive to assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences. This role involves daily customer interaction, travel planning, lead follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers and inbound leads via call, WhatsApp, and email Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable tour packages Share quotations, package details, and follow up for conversion Coordinate with operations team for hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and activities Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings Ensure smooth customer service from enquiry to post-travel feedback Learn and update destination knowledge regularly (training will be provided) Requirements: Freshers welcome (training provided) Good communication skills in Tamil and English Passion for travel and helping people plan trips Basic computer skills—email, Excel, Word, WhatsApp Willingness to work on weekends and during peak season Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 27/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
