Travel Executive

Job Role—Travel Executive:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Travel Executive to assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences. This role involves daily customer interaction, travel planning, lead follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and inbound leads via call, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable tour packages
• Share quotations, package details, and follow up for conversion
• Coordinate with operations team for hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and activities
• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings
• Ensure smooth customer service from enquiry to post-travel feedback
• Learn and update destination knowledge regularly (training will be provided)

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome (training provided)
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Passion for travel and helping people plan trips
• Basic computer skills—email, Excel, Word, WhatsApp
• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak season
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
