Travel Desk/Receptionist

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and inform concerned staff of arrivals.
• Address queries and escalate issues to the concerned department.
• Manage courier, mail distribution, and filing systems.
• Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
• Support HR/administration team in day-to-day tasks as required.
• Arrange domestic and international travel bookings (flights, trains, buses).
• Book hotels, guest houses, or company tie-up accommodations.
• Organize cab, car rentals, and local transport.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels for best rates.
• Maintain records of travel expenses and process reimbursements.
• Monitor corporate tie-ups and negotiate contracts for better deals.
• Provide information or guidance to employees and visitors.
• Provide 24x7 support during travel emergencies such as delays, cancellations, or re-bookings.
• Ensure smooth travel experience for employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
