Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in travel consulting and must be proficient in both English and Telugu. This role focuses on providing personalized travel solutions for clients and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, holiday packages)
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel options
• Prepare itineraries, quotes, and travel documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in Telugu and English
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and provide after-sales support
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to confirm reservations
• Stay updated with travel restrictions, policies, and offers
• Maintain detailed booking records and ensure 100% accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar field
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu
• Familiarity with travel booking software or platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
• Knowledge of visa assistance and travel insurance
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
