Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting corporate clients with hotel bookings, providing advice on suitable travel options, and making professional and accurate travel arrangements while ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, you will need to have proficiency in both international and domestic operations and a good knowledge of various destinations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist corporate clients with hotel bookings and travel arrangements - Provide advice on suitable travel options based on client requirements - Execute changes, rescheduling, and modifications as per customer needs - Maintain good knowledge of domestic and international destinations Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure - Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations Please Note: The job type is full-time and the work location is in person. Cell phone reimbursement is provided as a benefit, and the schedule is day shift.
