Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel experiences. The role involves providing expert advice on destinations, creating tailored itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from inquiry to return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
• Recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client needs.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries, including detailed day-by-day plans.
• Book flights, hotels, tours, cruises, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Provide information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel regulations.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and new destinations.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and client requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Proficiency in booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in travel or tourism will be an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Office-based or hybrid, with occasional travel opportunities for familiarization trips.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
