Job Title: Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

A Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements. This includes transportation, accommodation, tours, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research and recommend suitable travel options, destinations, and itineraries.
• Handle travel documentation, confirmations, and payment processing.
• Resolve travel issues such as cancellations, delays, or schedule changes.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and promotional offers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS/online booking tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of global destinations and travel requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
