We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, have excellent communication skills, and possess a deep understanding of travel products, destinations, and booking systems. You will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Provide professional travel advice and personalized itineraries based on clients’ needs, preferences, and budget. Book flights, accommodations, tours, car rentals, and other travel-related services. Offer up-to-date information on travel requirements, visa regulations, insurance, and COVID-19 restrictions. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a prompt and courteous manner. Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay informed about new destinations, travel trends, and promotional offers from suppliers. Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and payments. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Resolve travel issues and emergencies in a calm and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a similar customer service role. Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel documentation, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure. Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
