Travel Consultant Internship in Kolkata

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist travel consultants in researching and planning itineraries for clients.
• Support in booking flights, hotels, and travel-related services using booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of client data, bookings, and payment information.
• Help prepare travel documents, itineraries, and visa assistance guidelines.
• Stay updated on current travel trends, restrictions, and destination highlights.
• Handle basic customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote packages and travel deals (if applicable).
• Provide administrative support to the travel desk and ensure smooth daily operations.
  

Requirements

• Completed a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in the travel industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with travel tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
