Travel consultant (holiday package)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team, specializing in domestic holiday packages across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of popular Indian destinations, hotel options, transport arrangements, and be confident in crafting customized travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and sell tailor-made holiday packages within India
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and confirmations
• Handle hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and sightseeing tours
• Maintain strong relationships with domestic travel suppliers and partners
• Manage bookings, changes, and support requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday package planning for Indian destinations
• In-depth knowledge of destinations like Himachal, Kerala, Rajasthan, Goa, Northeast, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end travel bookings
• Familiarity with travel portals, B2B suppliers, and CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
