Travel Consultant / Holiday Advisor

As a Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel vendors. This involves speaking with hotels, updating fares in Excel as per seasonal variations, and ensuring that clients" preferences are met within their budget. Understanding the unique needs and preferences of each client is crucial, as you will be designing customized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities. Your role will also involve providing expert advice on destinations, cultures, customs, and local attractions, as well as making reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services. Excellent customer service skills are essential for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints effectively. Additionally, promoting holiday packages and maintaining relationships with clients and travel vendors are key aspects of this position. To excel in this role, you will need to stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide the best possible service to clients. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil is required. Experience in updating hotel fares in Excel and domestic holiday sales is preferred.
