Travel Consultant (Freshers)

As a candidate with strong communication skills, you will be responsible for engaging with US and Canada based clients during night shifts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound/outbound calls for travel customers and providing professional travel consultancy. - Planning, booking, and confirming flights, hotels, cars, and holiday packages using Amadeus. - Providing accurate information on fares, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel policies. - Offering the best fare options and upselling additional travel services. - Managing customer queries, modifications, cancellations, and issue resolutions effectively. - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. The qualifications required for this role are: - Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work in night shifts based on US timings. - Good problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
