Job Description

As a Senior Travel Sales representative for USA, your main responsibilities will include assisting US/Canadian passengers in making flight reservations over the phone, managing follow-ups with existing customers, handling various types of calls such as brand/website, generic/organic, destination-oriented, and PPC campaign calls. It is essential to generate MCO or Mark up to achieve monthly targets and ensure efficient follow-up on sales leads to offer passengers the best flight deals in the industry. Proficiency in GDS-Amadeus is a must for this role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the international Travel Process. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards work is highly valued, along with the flexibility to work in a 24*7*365 days working environment. Candidates with previous work experience in the US market will be given preference for this position.,
