Travel Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Travel Consultant to manage and convert international travel leads. You will guide customers from the initial inquiry to the final booking, ensuring a seamless and delightful travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert outbound (international) travel inquiries received via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable international destinations, itineraries, and experiences.
• Prepare competitive and attractive quotations for outbound holiday packages.
• Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, activities, and transport.
• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and foreign exchange.
• Maintain updated knowledge of global travel trends, airline routes, and seasonal deals.
• Negotiate with overseas suppliers and DMCs for the best rates and services.
• Upsell additional travel services to increase revenue per booking.
• Ensure timely documentation, ticketing, and pre-departure communication with clients.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,299.12 - ₹48,241.98 per month
