Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Associate to assist clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, offer travel recommendations, and handle all travel-related queries to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with travel planning, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and travel insurance.
Provide information and advice on destinations, travel routes, costs, and accommodations.
Make reservations and process bookings using travel software and booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
Handle modifications, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently.
Stay updated on travel regulations, COVID-19 guidelines, visa requirements, and airline policies.
Resolve travel-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain client records and generate travel itineraries and invoices.
Work with vendors and suppliers to get the best deals and packages for clients.
Support the sales team in promoting travel packages and offers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
