About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent with strong expertise in ticketing, itinerary planning, and customer support for our night shift operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, amendments, and cancellations
• Issue and reissue tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus)
• Provide accurate fare quotes, routing options, and travel solutions
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours
• Resolve ticketing-related queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain customer records and documentation according to company standards
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, travel regulations, and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in travel agency ticketing
• Proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus)
• Strong knowledge of fares, reissues, refunds, and airline rules
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
