About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS for domestic flight bookings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian travel market, fare rules, ticketing procedures, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process domestic flight bookings using Amadeus GDS.
• Handle PNR creation, modification, cancellations, and reissuance.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and issue tickets as per airline guidelines.
• Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel-related queries.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking or ticketing issues.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of domestic air travel and fare structures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
