As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Travel Agent to join our night shift team and provide exceptional customer service and booking support to clients during off-hours.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Agent with at least 3 years of industry experience to handle bookings, customer queries, and travel arrangements during night shifts. This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for travel who is comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and confirm domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours
• Assist clients with last-minute bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes
• Monitor and respond to client emails, calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Use booking platforms (e.g., AmadeusGDS systems) to research and process reservations
• Provide travel advice and solutions based on client preferences and budget
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of bookings and client interactions
• Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless handover and client service continuity

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a travel agent or in a travel-related customer service role
• Proficiency in at least one major GDS system (Amadeus, )
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Able to work independently and handle pressure during high-demand periods
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of international travel requirements and regulations is a plus

Pay: ₹12,283.06 - ₹50,000.00 per month
