Qualifications

Experience with Reservations and Travel Arrangements
Strong Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Car Rental processes and services
Sales skills and the ability to upsell travel products
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in travel booking software and systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
