Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Kakori. The Travel Agent will be responsible for booking reservations, managing customer service inquiries, arranging car rentals, and handling various travel arrangements. The Travel Agent will also assist clients with sales-related inquiries and ensure all travel plans are processed efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in making Reservations and Travel Arrangements
Strong Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Car Rental processes and requirements
Proficient in handling Sales inquiries and transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
