As a Travel Admin, your role will involve managing all travel-related activities in the organization. This includes booking transportation such as flights, buses, trains, and cabs, as well as arranging accommodation, including international travel. You will be responsible for arranging travel and stays for business meetings and official visits, coordinating with vendors for travel and accommodation, and ensuring that travel plans are cost-effective and timely. Key Responsibilities: - Manage flight, bus, train, cab, and accommodation bookings, including international travel. - Arrange travel and accommodation for business meetings and official visits. - Coordinate with vendors to make travel, accommodation, and facility arrangements. - Ensure that all travel arrangements are cost-effective and executed in a timely manner.
