Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe daily transportation of all school students.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow scheduled maintenance routines.
• Assist young students while boarding and deboarding safely.
• Follow traffic rules strictly during all operational hours.
• Report vehicle issues promptly to transport supervisor.
• Coordinate route timings and student pickup efficiently.
• Monitor student behaviour to maintain disciplined travel.
• Keep accurate logs of trips and fuel usage.

Skill & Experience

• Strong driving experience with excellent real-time navigation skills.
• Ability to manage student behaviour calmly under pressure.
• Good communication skills for interacting with parents.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety procedures and basic maintenance.
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to responsibility consistently.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with quick judgment.
