Transformer Tendering Specialist

As a vital member of the transformer components sales organization, your role will involve supporting customers by managing the order process, preparing technical descriptions, calculating costs, and serving as a key technical resource in your assigned area. - Write value-added proposals for mainstream transformer components like Tap changers and Bushings, ensuring they are accurately captured in current tools. - Take ownership of all technical, financial, and management aspects of bids/estimates/proposals, including registering and following up on orders in SAP4Hana. - Ensure the accuracy of registered information as per agreements with customers and internal regulations, collaborating with internal teams for seamless order execution. - Organize kick-off calls or gate meetings for orders, submit Order Acknowledgement promptly, and oversee timely manufacturing and delivery of products. - Collaborate with ASM and the technical Customer Support Team to handle inquiries, send final Quotation to the customer, and process orders including OA submission. - Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and task prioritization. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity while ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering with under 5 years of experience in Order Management and/or tender/quotation experience. - Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar global environment is advantageous, with good knowledge of Tap Changer and Bushings. - Basic understanding of retrofitting Tap changers and Bushings, inter-cultural sensitivity, targeted working style, and drive to succeed. - Knowledge in SAP S4HANA (Order Management Module) is a plus. - Ability to interpret product specifications, handle multiple enquiries/orders simultaneously, and input data for proposals & orders using internal tools. - Demonstrate marketing and sales acumen with prior customer-facing experience, proficiency in English language (spoken & written), and Swedish language skills are beneficial. - Proven experience in organizing complex processes, maintaining positive relationships, and delivering high-quality proposals.,
