Transfer Pricing Analyst

Role & responsibilities he Transfer Pricing Analyst will work closely with the Tax Manager in Transfer Pricing team and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations. The role involves leveraging tools such as SAP, GCP, G-Suite, Alteryx, MS Office and other advanced technologies to optimize processes and provide actionable insights. The individual will be responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking analysis, and supporting global transfer pricing compliance efforts. Skills: Utilize SAP, GCP, G-Suite, Alteryx, MS Office, and other tools to enhance efficiency in transfer pricing processes. Conduct benchmarking analysis using BvD TP Catalyst and Capital IQ, and support compliance filings. Prepare and update transfer pricing documentation and assist in audit response preparation. Maintain the global compliance calendar, track regulatory changes, and support research efforts on changes. Assist in organizing files and running Alteryx processes for quarter/year-end close transfer pricing calculations. Assist is automation of quarterly process, by improving efficiency of existing Alteyrx workflows Assist in valuation exercises and forecasting. Coordinate with the Global Tax team, business units, financial accounting teams, legal, finance, and external advisors to collect relevant business data, ensure accurate implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies, and support transfer pricing projects. Education: 2+ years of transfer pricing experience in public accounting and/or industry. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Exposure to U.S. and international tax regulations, including transfer pricing principles. Experience managing projects independently, producing high-quality work in dynamic environments, and effectively preparing for discussions. Strong proficiency in technology for research, computations, and documentation; experience with Alteryx, BvD TP Catalyst, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg is a plus. Developing strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact across functions internally and work effectively with external advisors to explain transfer pricing concepts and business facts. Proven accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and hands-on approach, with a willingness to engage in process and data analysis. Organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a cooperative attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and inquisitive with the ability to work independently.
