Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative in this role, you will be responsible for: - Handling inbound calls from wire transfer customers and agents, processing transactions daily. - Taking 50-150 calls daily, ensuring accuracy and completion of customer orders. - Addressing a variety of inquiries and resolving customer service issues effectively. - Following a strict schedule to provide full-day assistance to customers via phone. - Demonstrating strong customer service skills, including diplomacy and conflict resolution. - Participating in ongoing training sessions and sharing best practices with the team. - Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills for call escalation. Preferred candidate qualifications: - Educational Qualification: Any Graduate - Work Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service voice process (International BPO Only) - Excellent communication skills in English. - Willingness to work night shifts and rotational week offs. - Ability to embody values of respect, courage, passion, teamwork, and integrity.
