Transaction Management Analyst (Middle Office)

Join us as a Transaction Management Analyst in this critical role offered at the senior analyst level. As a Transaction Management Analyst, you will be responsible for processing investment banking transactions, including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and investigations. Your role will involve collaborating with counterparties, traders, salespeople, and other global operations teams to create a seamless process and develop an extensive network. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be processing transactions for various products such as over-the-counter derivatives, FX, and securities. You will ensure a prompt response to communications, considering the impact of time-zones, and work towards meeting targets by processing day-to-day trades in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. It will be your responsibility to escalate any issues that deviate from existing procedures and contribute to reducing risk and maintaining a control-focused environment within the bank. To excel in this role, we are seeking a highly organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders via phone or email and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, previous experience in and an understanding of the industry, along with a solid academic background featuring graduate-level qualifications or an MBA, are necessary for this role.
