Transaction Coordinator (part-time)

House Buyers of America is looking for a remote part-time Transaction Coordinator to ensure all acquisitions and dispositions go to settlement in a timely manner. This position is a part-time contract role (20hrs/week, no benefits included) requiring work to be done during 1-5pm EST Monday-Friday. The compensation range is $11-15/hr USD. You will be responsible for ensuring acquisitions are processed promptly to ensure properties get on the market quickly. Acting as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process. Reviewing and entering contracts/settlement statements and ensuring they are entered into our CRM properly. Managing relationships with title companies and ensuring that all settlements are being processed timely. Assisting with property marketing including ordering professional pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties. Partnering with the construction department to ensure all projects are completed before listing. Supporting House Buyers of America's expansion into new geographic markets. About You: - You have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry. - You have a High School Degree (Bachelors degree preferred). - You have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office). - You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.
