Training (Talent Development) Analyst

As a Language, Voice, and Accent Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering classroom and virtual training in language, voice, and accent as well as soft skills to both voice and non-voice teams. Your role will involve supporting the business through daily audits of voice, email, and chat interactions, working closely with teams and business requestors on floor activities. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, including voice and accent training delivery at CEFR C1 level. Your facilitation skills should be top-notch to ensure effective training sessions. Additionally, your coaching and feedback skills will be crucial in helping trainees improve their language and soft skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential for this role, as you will be required to report and track training effectiveness, project outcomes, and conduct interviews for new hires. Instructional design skills would be a valuable asset in this role. Continuous interaction with floor staff and trainees to monitor and drive improvements will be a key part of your responsibilities. You should be willing to work in shifts and have a minimum experience of 12-18 months in a similar role.
